• Digital Playbook Package: Custom offense and defense playbook templates, delivered digitally, tailored to the school's team needs.

• Online Courses Access: Full access to a curated set of online courses that cover coaching strategies, team management, and leadership.

• Quarterly Virtual Check-ins: Four quarterly 1-hour virtual meetings to track progress and make strategic adjustments.

• Online Clinic: One virtual coaching clinic for the staff, focusing on program management and developing skills in struggling teams.

• Email Support: Priority email support for the coaching staff for ongoing assistance.

• Fundraising Toolkit & Strategy: Access to a fundraising strategy guide tailored for athletic programs. Includes a toolkit with templates for donation letters, crowdfunding campaigns, and event planning. Additionally, a 1-hour virtual meeting to help guide the school's fundraising efforts.  

Services Included:

• Program Evaluation & Roadmap: A condensed evaluation of the football program, followed by a clear, actionable roadmap for improvement. Delivered virtually.

• Digital Playbook: Basic offense and defense playbook templates and training resources.

• Online Courses Access: Access to a smaller set of online courses focusing on football fundamentals and staff development.

• Monthly Virtual Check-ins: One 30-minute virtual check-in each month for three months to ensure progress and answer questions.

• Email Support: Standard email support to address any questions from coaching staff.

• Fundraising Strategy Session: A 1-hour virtual session focused on building a fundraising plan, identifying local sponsorship opportunities, and utilizing social media for fundraising. A sample donor letter and crowdfunding tips will be provided.

• Fundraising Starter Kit: A basic fundraising guide with strategies for high schools to access local sponsorships, apply for grants, and host small-scale fundraising events (e.g., spirit coupon card sales, pancake breakfasts). Includes sample email templates for reaching out to potential donors.
